TERM & CONDITION:

• For outstation buyer who opted for delivery services, the said customer shall pre-pay the transportation charges. Detail of parcel pictures and parcel tracking number will be provided once item is ship out to ease our customer in tracking out their purchased item.
• Jenggie Garage shall not be liable for any delay or damage of the items which caused by the shipping company. Buyer can always choose the type of shipping method, select their preferred shipping company (if any) and also purchase the insurance coverage for the items.
• Final determination of the suitability of the items for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Jenggie Garage shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any parts, including claims for delay, loss of profits or labor.
• Jenggie Garage shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part purchased from us.
• There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.
